升降機蓄能器主要有彈簧式和充氣式兩大類,而充氣式又包括氣瓶式、活塞式和皮囊式三種。蓄能器的功能主要是能夠釋放出多余的壓力能,從而讓機器在工作的效率上達到最高,那么蓄能器具體有哪些作用呢?
1、在安裝的時候應(yīng)該垂直安裝,這樣能夠最大發(fā)揮其效用,如果實在是沒有辦法的話,可以適當?shù)脑试S傾斜一點。皮囊式蓄能器的皮囊強度不高,不能承受很大的壓力波動,且只能在-20攝氏度~70攝氏度的溫度范圍內(nèi)工作。
