1、介紹傳動(dòng)部位的間隙不能過大,一般控制在0.2~0.5mm左右,齒輪與齒條吻合時(shí)齒底的間隙為2.0mm。嚙合間隙過大或齒輪齒條磨損嚴(yán)重都是很危險(xiǎn)的,嚙合深度不夠、磨損嚴(yán)重或軸向錯(cuò)位過大,都會(huì)使嚙合面積減小而造成齒輪齒條強(qiáng)度降低,發(fā)生斷齒事故。齒輪齒條只掛住齒尖,嚙合面?zhèn)€別連1/3都達(dá)不到或新舊齒條不均勻,有異響或震動(dòng),這是非常危險(xiǎn)的。
